John Macken is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland who provides cognitive and behavioural treatment (CBT, ACT, FAP) for health related difficulties (insomnia, pain management, multiple sclerosis etc.), psychological disorders (anxiety, depression etc.) and emotional issues (e.g. grief, anger). John offers private consulations, group workshops and professional training in mental health and personal wellbeing. He has also established this Mindcare website to promote dialogue on mental health and psychology.
